In a recent study, when American consumers were asked about their views of advertising, a positive picture emerges:
• 72% of consumers say that advertising makes the world a better place.
• 69% believe advertising can change the world for the better.
• 67% feel positive about the advertising they see around them.
• 57% say advertising gives them something to talk about.
